Owyhee Jasper Signet Ring Sterling Silver

Old stock Owyhee Jasper ring set in heavier gauge sterling silver. Just enough weight to look and feel comfortable and last for generations.  If you have purchased my work before, you know that my jewelry has a good amount of sterling to give it a nice weight but most importantly I make jewelry that will last for a very long time. The discovery of Owyhee Jasper is part of local folklore, with a story that Bruce Markus and Ralph Fuson found the stone while following wild horses around 1967. Historically, it was mined in an area that is now a park, making the original source increasingly rare.
